Whether at an indoor or outdoor range facility, be sure to use wipes or soaps that are specifically designed to remove lead and other contaminants before eating or drinking.

NEVER EAT OR DRINK INSIDE THE RANGE BUILDING. BE SURE TO WASH BEFORE EATING OR DRINKING. HYDRATE AND EAT OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. 

NEVER EAT OR DRINK NEAR WHERE SHOOTING IS OCCURRING (INDOOR OR OUTDOOR).

BE SURE TO WASH CLOTHES AND TAKE OFF ALL CLOTHES AND SHOES BEFORE ENTERING YOUR HOME -- ESPECIALLY IF CHILDREN, BABIES, OR ANIMALS ARE PRESENT, OR COULD POTENTIALLY BE PRESENT AT ANY POINT IN TIME.

SHOOTING AND SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES OF THESE TYPES ARE DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES. 

PERSONS PARTICIPATING DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK!

ANY RULES NOT FOLLOWED MAY RESULT IN EXPULSION FROM THE ACTIVITY AND FROM THE PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXPEL ANYONE FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT REFUND.

STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE PREPARED FOR CLASS. WE TRY TO DO OUR BEST FOR YOU, AND WE EXPECT THE SAME. THANK YOU.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXPEL ANY PARTIES WHO ARE NOT PREPARED FOR CLASS. 

PAY ATTENTION TO GEAR LISTS, INSTRUCTIONS, THE WEATHER, AND GOOD COMMON SENSE.

NO ONE CAN COMPLETELY PROTECT YOU FROM COVID-19. 

BY ENGAGING IN OUR SERVICES, YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH ALL CDC GUIDELINES, LAWS, EXECUTIVE ORDERS, AND SO ON.

YOU RELEASE US AND ALL OTHERS IN CONNECTION WITH US FROM LIABILITY, COVID-19 RELATED OR NOT.

IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO A PERSON WITH COVID-19, PLEASE STAY HOME.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANYONE FROM THE ACTIVITY FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT REFUND (ESPECIALLY IF WE THINK YOU MAY BE ILL).

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK VITALS IF NECESSARY, BUT WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO IN ORDER TO REMOVE A PERSON FROM AN ACTIVITY.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADMINISTER FIRST AID OR OTHER TREATMENTS AT OUR DISCRETION, BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO.

WE SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS IN THE EVENT OF ANY MISFORTUE. INJURY, DEATH, ETC. IN CONNECTION WITH AID WE ADMINISTER OR ANY LACK OF AID ADMINISTERED.

WE MAY CHOOSE NOT TO ADMINISTER AID.

ALL THOSE PRESENT AGREE TO HOLD US HARMLESS FOR ANY REASON.

ALL PRESENT ASSUME ALL RISK AND INDEMNIFY ALL OTHERS.

We respectfully ask for payment in full prior to the start of the class. If you prefer to pay the day of, please make your request known. Note that this may not be possible for all classes.

Ask about financing options. Payment in full should at the very least be provided by the start of the class even if financing is granted. You are NOT guaranteed financing.

Why? We have to book ranges, classroom, instructors, engage in planning, and obtain supplies in preparation for classes. These activities often happen in advance of the class.

Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for the same reason as noted above.

We may at our discretion provide class credit up to the amount paid.

If a significant amount of time has passed between payment and services provided, additional fees may be required.

Customers are responsible for reading and understanding all information regarding warnings, terms of service, gear lists, class information (including but not limited to: time, date, location) etc. from the web site, any phone calls, invoices, e-mails, text messages, etc. 

Often gear lists will be provided via an invoice.

We train in inclement weather, with exception of lightning or other true hazards.

If changes to the training schedule happen for any reason, we will notify students as soon as possible after the conditions are observed.

It is the student's responsibility to notify instructors if there are unsafe conditions they observe.

Instructors CANNOT know road conditions between your point of origin and the class.

Typically, if close lightning is observed, we will come off the range and wait for it t pass. If the lightning continues, we may plan a rain date at our discretion.

Prices  for Classes only - additional fees may apply for range, firearm and ammunition, Fingerprinting, application fees, etc.

• ONLINE/Hybrid classes may be offered. NOTE: Only the classroom portion may be done online.
• In-home classes (we may be able to provide in-home training at an additional cost)

The state/government agency makes the decisions regarding who is granted permits and licenses, NOT ATTD.

NO refund will be given if a state doesn't issue a permit or license.

The student is responsible for all risk as well as knowing theur eligibility to possess a firearm and/or obtain a license.

By attending classes/events the student assumes all responsibility and agrees to read and agree to our waiver forms and any terms and conditions set forth by ATTD and/or any facilities or ranges we use.

By attending training, the student attests that they are elligible to possess a firearm under the law and that they are a lawful permanent resident or citizen of the United States.
